WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS FILTERS

If you did not buy the filter in the Ecosoft online store or in a franchise store chain, you can register the filter and get additional benefits from the manufacturer!

Our company Ecosoft guarantees the quality and reliability of our reverse osmosis filters. We offer you warranty conditions so that you have full confidence in the functionality and duration of our water purification system.

The warranty period for the operation of reverse osmosis filters is 24  months from the day of sale through the retail network, and the filter maintenance conditions at authorized Ecosoft service centers throughout the warranty period.

The manufacturer guarantees that this water purification system does not contain manufacturing defects and that these defects will not be detected during the warranty period specified in the warranty card, from the moment of sale from the manufacturer’s warehouse, in case the purification system is installed and operated in accordance with technical requirements and operating conditions. To avoid misunderstandings, we urge you to carefully study the instructions for connecting and operating the reverse osmosis system, familiarize yourself with the terms of the warranty obligations and check the correctness of filling out the warranty card, including the model, date of sale and seller’s clear seals.

To properly install the system, carefully study the connection and operation instructions or ask for help from a qualified specialist. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damages or other damages, including loss of profit, arising incidentally or as a result of the use or inability to use this product. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, failure to follow the instructions for use, improper storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs of the product.

Please note that the warranty becomes invalid in case of violation of these conditions, as well as in cases where the warranty card is lost or has signs of forgery. To obtain warranty service, you must contact an authorized service center with details of the defect and present the warranty card along with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

All claims about water quality, taste, smell and other properties of water purified with this filter are accepted only if there is a confirmatory report of analyzes carried out by an accredited research laboratory. 

WARNING!!!  In the case of independent connection of the system, the manufacturer is not responsible and does not accept claims that may be caused by incorrect connection and incorrect operation of the system in general.
